INSIDE THIS ISSUE
JULY CURRENT “AGAIN”—
AUGUST IS NOT

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services
(USCIS) just announced this evening (July 17, 2007) that
employment based green card applications (i.e., adjustment
applications) WILL be accepted.   That is good news for
those who did not rush and file on July 2, 2007.

The opportunity to file employment-based green card
applications remains according to the traditional rules.
Better yet, to make up for the confusion, USCIS will allow
filing AS LATE AS AUGUST 17, 2007.

The August Visa Bulletin is already published and all
employment based categories are unavailable.  Therefore,
the July 2007 bulletin is all that more critical and an
opportunity that should not be missed by those that qualify.

Publication Date:  July 17, 2007

A year ago, my husband had a dilemma regarding his H4 visa. We went to a lot
of lawyers but they all turned us down telling us that it was hopeless.
Fortunately we found German Castillo Law Office.  Not only were they friendly
and helpful, but they did their best to find a resolution to our concern.  And they
did. So I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest and sincerest
gratitude. Your help was very much appreciated.
